1. About FitScript

FitScript is a telemedicine platform that connects patients with NMC-registered doctors for GLP-1 weight loss consultations and prescription services. FitScript operates in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020 issued by the Board of Governors, Medical Council of India.

2. Eligibility

To use FitScript's services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India
• Provide accurate and complete medical information during your consultation
• Not be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy within 2 months (GLP-1 medications are contraindicated)

3. Medical Services

FitScript provides access to licensed medical professionals for online consultations. All prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of the consulting doctor based on clinical assessment. FitScript does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following a consultation.

4. Prescription Medications

GLP-1 receptor agonists are prescription-only medications under Indian law. FitScript facilitates access to DCGI-approved generic GLP-1 medications. The dispensing of medication is subject to a valid prescription issued by an NMC-registered doctor following a clinical consultation.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and complete health information during your consultation
• Inform your doctor of all current medications and medical conditions
• Follow your doctor's instructions and dosage guidance
• Notify FitScript immediately of any adverse effects
• Not share your prescription medication with others

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Consultation fees are charged at the time of booking. Monthly plan subscribers are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

7. Privacy

Your medical data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We never sell your personal or medical data to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

FitScript's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. FitScript is not liable for any adverse effects arising from medication use, provided that services were delivered in accordance with these terms and the doctor's professional judgment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, India.
