If FitScript is unable to schedule your consultation within 48 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund of the consultation fee.
If a technical issue on our end prevents your consultation from taking place, we will reschedule at no charge or refund in full — your choice.
If the consulting doctor determines that GLP-1 medication is not clinically suitable for you, a refund of the consultation fee is not available — the doctor's professional time was still provided. However, the medicine cost will not be charged if no prescription is issued.
If you do not attend your scheduled consultation without cancelling at least 2 hours in advance, the consultation fee is non-refundable. You may reschedule for a reduced rebooking fee.
If your medication arrives damaged, tampered with, or is different from what was prescribed, contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We will replace or refund in full.
If your medication is not delivered within the confirmed delivery window and cannot be located, you are entitled to a full refund of the medicine cost.
Due to the nature of prescription medication, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for medication once it has been dispatched.
You may cancel your monthly plan at any time from your account. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing cycle.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your first subscription payment and have not yet had your first consultation, a full refund will be issued.
